Cornelia Connelly School junior Erynn Clark and freshman Noelle Fischer received the Spirit Alive Award on Nov. 4 at Marywood Center in Orange.
The Spirit Alive Award is the highest award a Girl Scout can receive in the Catholic faith. The award is based upon two years of hard work and dedicated service.
Erynn is an Ambassador Girl Scout with Troop 661 in Yorba Linda.
This is the fourth and final award in a series for Noelle, who is a Girl Scout Independent at the senior level of Girl Scouts in the Fullerton #3 Service Unit. Noelle also has received the Family of God, Live My Faith and Marian Medal awards. Noelle appears in the photo above, with Father Mike Hanifin. The photo was taken after the Nov. 4 awards ceremony.
"We are all very proud of Noelle for her commitment to her faith and Girl Scouts for completing these projects," said her parents David and Angela Fischer.
"I am very proud of Erynn," said Doreen M. Rioux-Galligan D.O., Ambassador Advisor Troop 661, Yorba Linda, Service unit 3 of the Orange County Council of Girl Scouts.
